Vision & Production Plan for "Historical Oratorical"

Event Name: Voices of Foster Care: Historical Oratorical Date: February 14th, 2026 (Valentine's Day) Location: Chicago, IL or Hammond, IN Organizer: Holter Intellectual Property, Inc. Target Audience: Individuals who have aged out of the foster care system

Vision

"Voices of Foster Care: Historical Oratorical" aims to empower emancipated youth through storytelling, creative arts, and resource gathering. The event will offer a platform for these individuals to share their experiences, connect with others, and find healing and inspiration. By integrating oratory performances with live music, art, and support services, we create a holistic environment that fosters empowerment, healing, and community. Additionally, this event will be filmed and released as the first installment of the Voices of Foster Care Documentary Series. The ultimate goal is to get the broadcast on a network and to show foster kids in a brighter light than the media currently projects, and to demonstrate community love and support on Valentine's Day.
